Sexual Abuse & Sexual Violence Awareness Week 2023

#ITSNOTOK

Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence Awareness Week (6-12 Feb) seeks to start conversations about sexual violence and break the silence surrounding abuse.

The aim is to spread the message that sexual violence or sexual abuse is never acceptable and anyone who is a survivor of sexual violence or abuse will be listened to and supported.

You’re not alone

If you have been through a traumatic experience such as rape, sexual violence or assault, local and national services are here to help you. They can also provide information on how best to support someone you know.

Moray Rape Crisis provides free and confidential information, advocacy and support to anyone in Moray (age 1aged 11+) affected by any form of sexual violence. This includes survivors of sexual violence of all genders and their friends, partners and families. They also provide advice and support to staff in other agencies who are working with those affected by sexual violence.
