Team Microsoft 365

Communication, a better way.

To improve communication regarding the Microsoft 365 project, and with a view to opening up dialogue with people across the Moray Council, a team within Microsoft Teams has been created.  The team is called ‘Microsoft 365’.  Within the team you will find a place to communicate, information about the project and a list of FAQs.

Microsoft Team  menu imageSome will already be connected.  If you open the Teams application, click onto the ‘Teams’ icon and see the following image, then you already have access.

Already have it?

Excellent.  Have a look here at the ‘Connecting to team Microsoft 365’ entry.  Once you have clicked the heading, scroll down to ‘General Channel – Headings’ for information about the available tabs.

Don’t have it?

No need to raise a Support call. Click here to be taken to the FAQs.  Click ‘Connecting to team Microsoft 365’ and follow the instructions that appear below the heading; it only needs to be done once.  The method shown can be used for adding other teams created within the Moray Council that allow all MC staff to join.

Why have it?

Because you’ll be in it from the beginning.  Perhaps not quite an ‘I was… when…’ moment, but still, this is the best time to look through the information, before more is added.

If nothing else perhaps you’ll get an answer to some of your questions, or the answer to a question you hadn’t thought of.

Don’t want to have it?

Worry not, you won’t miss everything.  Any FAQs that are added to ‘About Wiki’ within team ‘Microsoft 365’ will also go onto Interchange.  FAQs can be found here.
