Following a review of support available for employees we are moving from a specific provider to sign-posting employees to a variety of different local and national providers. These providers offer support and information across a wide range of needs.

Moray Council Bullying & Harassment Policy - The policy aims to create a workplace that is free from bullying and harassment for every employee.
Moray Council - Positive steps to tackle workplace problems - Outlines the various options available in addressing workplace problems.
National Bullying helpline - Provides support and advice for cyberbullying and bullying in the workplace. Call: 0845 2255787.
NHS Moodjuice - designed to offer information, advice to those experiencing troublesome thoughts, feelings and actions. From the site you are able to print off various self-help guides covering conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, panic and sleep problems.

Local exercise opportunities - for adults, older people or those impacted by long term medical conditions - for example Be Active Life Long (BALL), Walking groups, Easy breathe, Strength & balance, Walking football, Jog Scotland etc.

Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland’s new Long Covid Support Service - Long COVID Support Service has trained health professionals on their advice line ready to help and support people with the most common symptoms of Long Covid such as breathlessness and fatigue. You can contact the Long Covid Support Service via email at adviceline@chss.org.uk or call 0808 801 0899. The service gives access to:
- Advice Line Nurses and other health professionals who are trained in managing some of the most common Long Covid symptoms such as breathlessness and fatigue.
- Someone to speak to and to help live day to day with Long Covid.
- Someone to support wellbeing while off work, waiting for tests or NHS treatment.
- Someone to signpost to the latest Long Covid advice and health information.
The Advice Line provides support to help people manage their condition at home. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and will always recommend that contact be made with a GP to confirm a diagnosis (or presumed diagnosis) of Long Covid.

Penumbra - Provides short term support if you are feeling overwhelmed, experiencing emotional distress or are finding it hard to cope.
Mental Health services in Moray - Community Care Mental Health Team provides day services, specialist assessment, treatment and care services, as well as supported tenancies across Moray to people recovering from mental illness.
Moray Wellbeing Hub - Living Live to the Full course, a free self-help 8 week group course.
WRAP:Wellness Recovery/Resilience Action Planning - a peer support group experience available to anyone in the community who wants to explore their wellbeing, plan for crisis and help manage challenges in their life.

Breathing Space is a free, confidential phone and web based service for people in Scotland experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety. They are there in times of difficulty to provide a safe and supportive space by listening, offering advice and giving information. Lines are open 6pm – 2am Mon to Thu and 24hrs at weekends (From 6pm Fri to 6am on Mon).

Mind provides confidential mental health information services
With support and understanding, Mind enables people to make informed choices. The Infoline gives information on types of mental distress, where to get help, drug treatments, alternative therapies and advocacy. Mind has around 140 local Minds providing local mental health services.
