Employee Survey: How to complete it



As Moray Council continues to improve the way it works, it is important that as an employee you take the time out to use your voice and share your views about what is working well and what can be done better.

The Employee Survey is available from 9 September, giving you the opportunity to do just this. It won’t take longer than 10 minutes and can be completed either:

Online: the link will be available for you to access on interchange. If you have supplied us with an email address, a copy of the link will also be emailed out to you.  

• If you do not have an email address, you can pick up a paper copy from your depot. Once you have completed it you can send it in the internal mail to HR, or post it in one of the survey feedback boxes made available in selected depots.

We are working with managers to ensure that you are given the opportunity to complete it. A small number of drop-in sessions will take place whilst the survey is open and we will encourage you to be given dedicated time at your Team Meetings or given a 10 minute survey break.

We would encourage you all to take time out to use your voice and share your views.
