North East Learning Collaborative
The North East Learning Collaborative (NELC) is a partnership of North East public and third sector organisations with the purpose of developing our people together. Working jointly the NELC designs and delivers a range of learning and development activities, including Leadership and Management courses.
The Moray Council contributes to the NELC and so Moray Council managers are free to attend these courses.
A selection of courses available are:
- Stepping into management - Joint supervisory skills programme
- Leadership exchange
- Coaching Skills in the Workplace
There is also a Mentoring Scheme for managers. Currently they are looking for both mentors and mentees. If you are interested click here for the poster or go onto their website for further information.
