Corporate Management Training
Managers have a central role in controlling services and leading the people who work in them. Managers need to foster and maintain a working environment and positive culture that helps the team or wider workforce feel psychologically well so that they can deliver regular high performance.
To support this the Moray Council has worked with the Improvement Service to design a new Leadership Programme
We also provide a range of courses designed for managers, both classroom based and elearning.
The elearning modules, created by external providers or in-house designers, offer managers a more self-directed approach to learning. These can be found on CLIVE mainly under the Elearning Category 'Courses for Managers'. There are also relevant modules within the other categories.
