CareFinance Project – Implementation Feedback form
The implementation of payments through CareFirst for SDS Options 2 & 3, Non-Residential Service Agreements will start in September 2018. Information Sheets and Training Guides will be issued to all CareFirst users from the middle of August.
This Feedback form is for any CareFirst user who wants to pass comments/questions/issues to the Project Team. All feedback will be answered.
