What will it cover?

By the end of the session attendees will have a full understanding of their key roles and responsibilities during this part of the procurement exercise and explain the
significance in getting the commodity specification right to meet the users requirement. 

The masterclass will explain the importance of selection and award criteria in the tendering process and how they must link to the commodity specification. By means of a practical exercise, attendees will develop relevant evaluation criteria. 

Attendees will overall have an understanding of the process from consideration of requirement to advertising and managing the tender process.
