At the moment we don’t have a corporate booking solution for meeting rooms. As a result, various solutions have been developed by service areas for both internal and external bookings. These range from paper diaries, Microsoft Outlook, spreadsheets and systems with a booking facility.
However, we are looking at procuring a booking system which could be extended to various internal and external booking processes.
In the meantime, you can find procedures for booking meeting at Beechbrae and the HQ campus. For all other locations, you should contact the section admins.
