Menopause Café: Mindfulness & Lifestyle Session

Beat the February slump and reclaim your calm. Navigating the menopause transition shouldn't be a solo journey. Join us at the Menopause Café for a session designed to offer practical lifestyle advice, guided mindfulness, support, and a calm space to simply breathe. 

Whether you’re looking for practical tips, signposting information or just a friendly ear, we’re here to help you move through this phase with confidence.

Save the Dates (All Sessions 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM):

  • 25th Feb | Mindfulness & Lifestyle: A calm space for guided mindfulness and practical navigation tips.
    • Location: Annexe Training Room 1
  • 25th March | Strength Training: Light resistance work to help get the body moving using chairs and bands. Bring your own hand weights if you like! All fitness levels welcome as we will tailor exercises to your needs.
    • Location: Annexe Training Room 1
  • 29th April | Walk & Talk: A gentle stroll around Elgin. Bring your coffee and comfy shoes! (Indoor "Chat & Coffee" alternative available if it rains).
    • Meeting Point: Annexe Breakout Area
