National Entitlement Card
The Junior or Young Scot NEC is for young people aged 5 to 25. The card can be used by those aged 5 to 21 to access free bus travel in Scotland. The card can be used in Moray secondary schools to allow schools meals and snacks to be paid for electronically.
- Aged 5 to 10 – Junior NEC with free bus travel form
- Aged 11 to 15 – Young Scot with free bus travel form
- Aged 16 to 18 – Young Scot with free bus travel form
