SEEMIS provides a Helpdesk Self-Service portal. Their 'Knowledge' articles feature allows you to search for answers to Frequently Asked Questions. However, if Knowledge does not provide you with the answer, you can log a helpdesk call on their website at:-

Training
SEEMiS provides training on their applications and key areas free of charge. Users can join the training online on the advertised dates and times, without advance booking. All training is delivered via webinars using Microsoft Teams. The links to join can be found on their website within the Training Webinars menu:-
