25/07/2023 - FAF Rota below will be on a 4 weekly rotation beginning week commencing 31/07/2023.
Week 1:
Monday – Anne
Tuesday – Carroll-Ann
Wednesday to Friday – Shirley Alexander
Week 2:
Monday to Wednesday – Caroll-Ann
Thursday and Friday – Anne
Week 3:
Monday to Thursday – Shirley Scott
Friday – Shirley Alexander
Week 4:
Monday to Friday – Andrea
If anyone is on holiday or off when they are supposed to be on rota please re-adjust amongst yourselves to ensure FAF’s are completed.
04/05/2023 - A rota is to be created by Senior’s to ensure that FAF’s which are time critical are handled on time by Customer Services and fairly across all Advisors able to handle these. The FAF rota once created will be added as a pinned item to the Housing News page so that it can be easily accessed at all times by Advisors, the FAF rota will also contain a link to the FAF guidance document. Any questions or concerns should be raised to Senior’s in the first instance. Donna
