Learning Estate
The Learning Estate team are responsible for the development and management of the Learning Estate Strategy and delivery of the school improvement programme and associated capital investment planning.
This main remit of the Learning Estate includes school capacity planning, asset management planning and associated public engagement and consultation; project management for new build and school refurbishments; school liaison on existing school improvement works; management of PPI and Design, Build, Finance, Maintain (DBFM) school contracts; and, school health & Safety, security and accessibility planning.
