Veterans' Project update

Group comradeship by phone

Age Scotland is offering veterans age 50 and older the opportunity to enjoy weekly group chat with each other by phone in a Comradeship Circle

They can choose a day and time that would suit them, with each call bringing up to six veterans together. A facilitator will be on hand to make introductions, but will thereafter take the back seat unless required. Veterans can express interest by calling the Age Scotland Helpline 0800 12 44 222. Age Scotland would also like to hear from community groups and services interested in setting up bespoke Comradeship Circles for older veterans they support. Email veteransproject@agescotland.org.uk to discuss. The Comradeship Circles project is funded by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust.
