Open Day Case Studies 2019

ICT held an Open Day on Wednesday 05 June 2019 to engage with staff from all other departments. Open to everyone, attendees were asked to bring their ideas and questions to find out what ICT could do to enhance their service.

Topics covered included:
• Improving email security – how safe are you?
• Service status updates – are your customers aware?
• Online payment – could it work for you?

Each case study highlights an area in which ICT was able to improve service provision and customer experience – by enabling 24/7 ordering and registration, by cutting down on the environmental impact of sending out paper letters, and creating e-forms to facilitate online payment collection.
