Do you take Card Payments or accept Cash and Cheques for your service?

The Council will be introducing a new system of accepting payments from our customers commencing 24 October 2017.  

If you take card payments either customer present or over the phone the current Income Solution provider will change from CIVICA to CAPITA. Testing is ongoing and will be rolled out to areas over the next few weeks.  

The new system will also allow us to accept cash and cheques without the need to complete data entry income sheets.  The change to accepting cash and cheques will not affect all services initially but will be rolled out over a period of time.
