The FMS contains information on income and expenditure. There are various modules within FMS, which allow you to monitor actual spend against budget, view transactions and see if a payment has been made to a supplier, or an invoice raised to a customer.
The level of training you will receive will depend on which type of user you are:
Budget manager/authoriser: this users monitors spend against budget and liaises with accountancy staff regularly.
Administrator: this user deals with operational issues like generating orders, making payments, raising invoices and viewing transactions.
