Paternity Leave/Maternity Support Policy

Our paternity leave/maternity support policy is aimed at you if you are the father of the child or the partner/nominated carer of the expectant mother (the person nominated by the mother to assist in the care of the child and support the mother around the time of the birth).

The benefits of paternity leave or maternity support apply to you regardless of the numbers of hours you work, provided you can meet the eligibility criteria outlined in section 1.2 of the policy.
