Reminder: No smoking policy

A reminder to staff that Moray Council has a no smoking policy. Please can staff refrain from smoking at all entrances to the HQ building due to complaints of cigarette mess except for the side HQ entrance beside Wetherspoons where there is a smoking bin provided.
