Revised Guidance for Microsoft Teams

The guidance for staff on using Microsoft Teams has been revised and can be found here.
Of particular note is the fact that staff no longer need to disconnect from the VPN in order to use Teams. Staff are encouraged to remain connected to the VPN while using Teams as this is more secure.
This has been tested extensively, however if you do experience issues connecting to Teams then please raise a call with the ICT Servicedesk.
