Closed Records Store Accessions

We are beginning to make arrangements for transferring new accessions to the Closed Records Store. If you have files waiting to be put into the closed records store, please contact scott.a.reid@moray.gov.uk with the following information so that a collection date can be arranged:
- Number of boxes awaiting transfer
- Exact location that boxes are to be picked up from - please ensure that this will be accessible to our driver, e.g. boxes will be available on day of collection at building’s ground floor entrance/exit with sufficient nearby parking
- Do the boxes need priority collection for any reason?
Please note that due to the significant backlog of files awaiting transfer to Closed Record Store and our limited capacity to undertake collections it may be some time before we are able to collect your files.
