Corporate Virtual Desktop Issue

This morning a number of users experienced an issue whereby desktops became unresponsive, and then they were then unable to log back on. The issue should now be resolved and all previous calls have been closed. If you are continuing to have problems logging onto a virtual desktop, please raise a new ICT servicedesk call via the self-service portal:
