How can I view my payslip?

Go to the ‘Pay and Benefits’ tab at the top of the home page within iTrent or use the quick link on the home page that says ‘view my payslip’.

What will my new payslip look like?

When can I view  my payslips?

Just now you receive a payslip approximately one week before actual pay day via email notification; this allows you to check your pay and report any inaccuracies prior to payday.

Likewise, with iTrent your payslip will be available approximately one week before pay day, however there will be no email notification.

What happens to my previous payslips and P60s?

Payslips prior to January 2017 are still available, however we strongly recommend that you download historical payslips to a personal device if you require personal access to them in the future. Some point in the future historical payslips and P60s will not be available via the previous system.

How will I receive my P60 this year?

Your P60 relates to your income in the previous financial year, so we’ll use the previous system to generate this information. Going forward, your P60s will be available through iTrent.

Will I still get an email notification?

No. It’s down to you to log into your own account to check payslips.

Can I save my payslip to my work computer?

As you can access iTrent via a work computer you can save your payslips to your work computer. However we advise that you download your payslips to your own personal devices.

Can I send my payslip to my personal email account?

Within iTrent you can download your payslip to a device, then you can send it as an attachment to your personal email.

Will I still get paid on the same day?

Yes, payment dates will not be affected.

Will my payroll number change?

No, your payroll number will remain the same.
