This session uses a flexible workshop approach to enable participants to be pragmatic, adaptive and creative about ongoing workplace changes.

What will it cover?
On completion, participants will be better able to
- Describe the sources of disturbance and change
- Practically assess the meaning and impact of change
- Accept ambiguity and uncertainty as normal
- Recognise opportunities in change
- Identify constructive responses to ongoing change
- Plan for change
