Corporate Mobile Phones - Syncing of Email
Instructions for synchronising mobile phone models with the email system.
Apple Devices
Click Settings
Click Mail,contacts, calendars
Click Exchange
Click Account
Change Server to eas.moray.gov.uk
Click Advanced Settings
Select USE SSL
Select Done
Samsung Device
Click Settings
Click Microsoft Exchange
Click Settings
Click on email account
Scroll and click on Exchange server settings
Change exchange server to eas.moray.gov.uk
Check use secure connection (SSL)
Select Done
Sony Device
Click Settings
Click Exchange ActiveSync
Click on Account Settings
Click on email account
Scroll and click on Incoming Settings
Change Server to eas.moray.gov.uk
Click on Use secure connection (SSL)
Scroll down to port and change to 443
Select Done
Accept any Security Admin notices
HTC Device
Click Settings
Click Accounts and Sync
Click on email account
Click on Remove
Accept Remove Account
Click Add
Click on Exchange Active Sync
Add email address
Add Windows Password
Click Next
Click Next
