MS Word Issue saving PDFs

An Issue has been found when using the "save as a PDF" function in MS Word. The file is saved in a temp folder rather than chosen location.
This issue has arisen from a recent Microsoft Office update and ICT are looking into corrective action.
Until the issue is resolve the following workarounds can be used:
- Save the PDF to a OneDrive location first and then move the file from OneDrive to the required network share
- Use the print as a PDF option within MS Word as this function still works correctly.
