EDRMS Migration Update w/c 17 August

The next phase of the EDRMS migration will take place over the next two weeks, with several SharePoint 2013 sites scheduled to move to their new SharePoint Online versions.
The sites currently planned to migrate in the next two weeks are:
Week commencing 17th August:
• SP Infratrans – planned for Thursday 20 August
• SP PLINV – planned for Friday 21 August
Week commencing 24th August
• SP Housing – planned for Monday 24 August
• SP LPB – planned for Monday 24 August
• SP HR – planned for Tuesday 25 August
• SP FIN – planned for Wednesday 26 August
Week commencing 31st August:
• SP DMS – planned for Monday 31 August
To support the final migration activity, the current SharePoint 2013 version of each site will be placed into a read-only state on the morning they go live.The only exceptions are SP HOUSING which will be placed into a read-only state end of day Friday 21 August and SP DMS which will be placed into a read-only state end of day Friday 28 August.
During this period, you will still be able to view and access content on the current SharePoint 2013 sites, but you will not be able to add, edit or delete documents until the new SharePoint Online sites are live.
We recommend that you complete any outstanding updates ahead of your site’s migration date. If there are any changes that cannot be completed before the site becomes read-only, please make a note of them so they can be applied once the new site is available.
Once migrated, the new SharePoint Online sites will be available from their new locations.
The sites that went live week commencing 17 August were SP Direct, SP Admin and SP SMI.
