EDRMS Migration Update w/c 10 August

The next phase of the EDRMS migration is taking place this week, with several sites scheduled to move to their new SharePoint Online versions on Friday 14 August.
The sites going live this week are:
· SP Direct (http://spdirect/)
· SP Admin (http://spadmin/)
· SP FIN (http://spfinance/)
· SP SMI (http://smi/)
To support the final migration activity, the current SharePoint 2013 versions of these sites will be placed into a read-only state first thing on Friday morning (14 August).
During this period, you will still be able to view and access content on the current SharePoint 2013 sites, but you will not be able to add, edit or delete documents until the new SharePoint Online sites are live.
We recommend that you complete any outstanding updates before Friday morning. If there are any changes that cannot be completed by then, please make a note of them so they can be applied once the new site is available.
