Action Required: Changes to VPN Authentication – Effective 30 June 2026

ICT would like to remind all staff that the method used to authenticate for VPN access will be changing on 30 June.
You should already have received an email from the ICT Service Desk outlining the steps required to prepare for this change.
Important: If these steps are not completed by 30 June, your VPN access will not work from 1 July.
Please ensure you follow the guidance provided in that email as soon as possible to help ensure a smooth transition and avoid any disruption to your access.
