Upcoming Changes to Remote Access Authentication

ICT will soon be making changes to the way staff are authenticated when creating a remote connection for external working.
As part of this update, you may receive an email from ICT containing instructions on how to update settings on your smartphone (where applicable) and laptop. These changes are required to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
