Citrix Applications Update

The Citrix environment is being updated on Monday 9th March at 7pm and the majority of Citrix applications will be updated.

Applications already open will continue to work, after 7pm you may need to restart your equipment to open new applications.

Over the following days a script will run for everyone, every time you log in, this is to update the Citrix shortcuts, it will also open the Citrix client, simply close it once it opens.

Once an application is migrated the shortcut will be updated and it will have a + added at the end of the name.

If you find any of your Citrix applications don’t work or your TMC Apps shortcuts are listed incorrectly, please right click the Citrix client icon (blue or black) in the bottom right corner and select Advanced Preferences

 

Then select Reset Citrix Workspace\Receiver

 

If your Citrix application still doesn’t work please raise an ICT Servicedesk call through the Self Service Portal - Login
