Capita income management system upgrade - 14th January

The capita income management system will be unavailable on Wednesday 14 January. We are hoping that disruption will be kept to a minimum and the system will be available mid morning.
Facilities that use a debit/credit card terminal to take payments will need an ICT officer to update the Smart Client application before card payments can be processed. ICT will contact locations directly.
We will advise on Wednesday when the system is available.
