Business Systems Review

In order to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business systems estate—specifically regarding their suitability, underlying technologies, and any emerging budgetary challenges—the ICT department has been conducting a review of our existing business systems. In collaboration with the Procurement team, we have compiled a list of our key systems. Colleagues may already have been approached to supply further details on specific systems currently in use.
To ensure that our review is both accurate and complete, we kindly request that you inform ICT via gregor.mcnicol@moray.gov.uk of any systems utilised within your respective department that may not have been captured in the initial list. Your input will be invaluable in helping us to develop a holistic view of our technological landscape, enabling us to identify opportunities for optimisation and better allocate resources moving forward.
