Printing has been restored in the Education environment (Update 19th November)

Update 19 November:
Dell Engineers identified a faulty part and removed this from the Server - Service has been restored.
Update 18 November:
Printing and copying remains unavailable across all Education sites.
Previous update was that the situation may be resolved by lunchtime today.
However, the latest update is that replacement parts and Dell engineer will not be onsite until 13:00 today - it's therefore unlikely that printing and copying will become available again before the end of the school day.
Further updates will be issued in due course, as necessary.
Original message:
A server failure in the datacentre is currently affecting printing and copying operations across all education sites.
Replacement parts have been ordered and a Dell engineer will be onsite to fit the parts tomorrow morning.
Schools should assume that printing and copying may not be available until Tuesday lunchtime.
Further updates will be issued in due course, as necessary.
