HQ Campus Telephone System – Digital Line Implementation on Monday 22nd September
British Telecom (BT) will be implementing digital telephone lines on the HQ Campus telephone system on Monday 22nd September. These works will result in a short period of downtime for all outgoing (Dial 9) calls made from the HQ system. All incoming calls will be unaffected. Although we expect any interruptions to be minimal, BT have requested a 2-hour window between 10:00 – 12:00 to complete their works. Should there be any issues after the allotted 2-hour window, either check Interchange for any updates or report to the ICT Helpdesk.
NOTE: These works won’t affect the Council’s Contact Centre service.
