Microsoft Teams Update – Team Creation

Effective as of the end of February 2024, the ability to create a team within Microsoft Teams has been removed.
Moving forward, you can make a request for a new team to be created by submitting a request via the Teams Creation Request Form. However before making a request please consider whether adding a channel to an existing team may serve you better, more information around channels in Teams can be found by accessing the MS Teams module within LearnPro or by referring to MS Teams Channels Overview.
This process ensures efficient management and organisation of teams within our Micrsoft Teams environment. Please note this does not affect existing Teams.
