Xerox Contract Ends

The Xerox printing contract has come to an end as of the 29th February 2024. As a result Xerox will no longer respond to any faults or consumable orders, the printers are still available to print/scan/copy as required. There is a limited stock of toners available at the Copy Shop for any device that runs out, please contact print.orders@moray.gov.uk and we will try to provide a replacement from the stock available.
We continue to deliver the new Ricoh devices as quickly as they become available through the supply chain, sites will be contacted once we know the delivery date for the new equipment.
