XEROX to RICOH (MFDs) changeover

Over the next 2 months existing XEROX Multi Function Devices (MFDs) will be replaced with RICOH Multi Function Devices (MFDs). These devices will offer the same functionality regarding printing, copying and scanning as the XEROX they are replacing.
To access these new RIOCH MFDs ICT will be creating new PINs and these will be sent out to all staff from the email address ricoh.noreply@moray.gov.uk.
Until a RICOH MFD is installed within your office/location you should continue to print using your existing PIN and current print queues.
