Copy Shop Availability

In order to allow for the removal of the Xerox printers and to prepare for the installation of the new Rioch printers the Copy Shop will not be available for use from the 13th December.

If anyone has anything that is required to be printed before the Christmas holiday then please send the requirements to printorders@moray.gov.uk as soon as possible to ensure that they can be produced before the Xerox equipment is removed.  

The new equipment is due to be delivered on the 21st of December so limited service will resume after the holiday period with full service being available from the 9th January when the Copy Shop Staff will be trained on the new equipment.

Work to get the new Ricoh printers installed is moving at a pace. ICT are completing the testing of the new devices to ensure they work across all applications. After successful open days in November the requirements for the majority of the sites have been agreed. Allowing the ordering of the new equipment. The plan is to have all orders authorised before the Christmas holiday to allow Ricoh to make sure all equipment is available for installation during January and February 2024.

As we are moving to Ricoh you will be issued with a new PIN numbers. It is not possible to keep the Xerox numbers. We will let you know when these are due to be issued.
