ICT Remote Access - System Upgrade

ICT have a requirement to upgrade the system that supports council staff who access the network remotely, namely users who connect via the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client. This upgrade has been scheduled for Monday 27th November at 17:30. The works should take no longer than 1 hour, as such we would ask staff to ensure that they disconnect from the network prior to the 17:30 start time, and don’t attempt reconnection until 18:30.
