Hybrid Meeting equipment training - Committee room

There is new hybrid meeting equipment in the recently refurbished Committee Room (accommodating up to 20 people) and initial short training sessions have been scheduled for Thursday 9 November at 9:00am and Tuesday 14 November at 9:00am.
If you wish to attend in person just turn up. If you wish to attend remotely please contact smarterworking@moray.gov.uk for the meeting invitation.
Hybrid meeting equipment - we have had an instance of equipment being moved out of the designated room. Please can we request that people leave the kit where it is designated to be and leave the settings as they are. If anyone has an issue to resolve relating to availability of kit please contact smarterworking@moray.gov.uk in the first instance.
