Works complete - Road Closure on Greyfriars Street, Elgin (25 Sept - 6 Oct)

Road works listed below have been completed ahead of schedule.
Original notice 19/09/2023:
To protect our workforce and members of the public, a daytime road closure will be
in place between 9am and 4pm. Local diversions will be in place throughout.
W/C 25th Sep, access to Glover Street will be via Abbey Street.
Car park access will also be affected. W/C 25th Sep, access to HQ Annexe car park will
not be permitted between 9am and 4pm. No access to Greyfriars Street car park on
Monday 25th Sep ONLY.
W/C 2nd Oct, access to Glover Street will be via A96 then Greyfriars Street.
Car park access, W/C 2nd Oct, access to HQ Annexe will be permitted via the A96. No
access to Greyfriars Street car park between 9am and 4pm.
