Capita Pay360 – Downtime

The end of day process hasn’t run on our Capita system since the weekend and we need to do a manual end of day so that respective systems and accounts can be updated for Payments.
This will take place today at 2pm and should last for an hour. During this time, the system will be unavailable and all facilities will be unable to take card or telephone payments, cash can still be accepted but this would have to be logged when the system is available. Customers will still be able to pay either online or by the automated phone line – details are on this link.
