Hybrid meeting rooms

Hybrid meeting equipment is available for use in HQ (rooms 301a, 200a, 239, 236) and in the Annexe (rooms 4, 5 and 7).  The booking system is in the process of being updated to identify rooms with hybrid meeting equipment with an (H) after the name on the system.  Guidance on how to use the equipment will be on the confirmation of booking information and in the room. 

Short 15 mins demos of the equipment will take place in HQ room 239 on:-

  • Tuesday 4 July at 12:30
  • Thursday 6 July 13:30
  • Tuesday 11 July 10:30

You can also participate via Microsoft Teams to experience what it will look and sound like when dialing in.  If you wish to participate via Teams please email SWDG@moray.gov.uk for the meeting link.
