Minute silence marking one year of Russian invasion of Ukraine

Please note a minute of silence will take place at 11am on Friday 24 February 2023 across council buildings to mark one year since the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Staff are invited to take part in the national moment of reflection.
Within the Annexe and HQ the fire alarm will sound to signal the start and end of the silence, staff in other offices are requested to make appropriate arrangements.
