ICT Internet Connectivity - Update

Update: SWAN has fixed the issue at the Elgin Exchange.
Original article: A data bottleneck issue has been identified at the Elgin Exchange causing Council internet connectivity to drop out intermittently.
This in turn will affect all internet traffic from the Council and VPN connections, MS Teams will also be affected. Our third party network supplier are currently investigating this.
