Special Delivery and Signed For Mail New Procedures

Would all staff wishing to post out Special Delivery or Signed For mail please follow the new procedure.
Please continue to complete either a 1st or 2nd class ticket and write clearly on it that you wish the items to be mailed out Special Delivery or Signed For.
Do not use the stickers you currently have they are now obsolete.
Mailroom staff will frank your mail and send you details of the Track and Trace number generated.
