Parking charges during national period of mourning

Please note parking charges across Elgin are being waived for the duration of the national period of mourning. This is to allow ease of access to the centre of town to sign the book of condolence in St Giles Church and lay flowers outside.

This includes HQ and the Annexe car parks.
