An upgrade to the Capita Pay 360 system will take place on 30 June and 1 July.
Although the system has a slightly different look and feel, the process for taking payments remains very similar. The major change for end users is that the new system should be used with Google Chrome and users should ensure that this is set up on their device in advance of go live.
User guidance notes have been sent to all users but can also be requested from banking@moray.gov.uk.
Capita have advised that the system will be unavailable from close of play on 29 June until the upgrade is complete. It is anticipated that the system will be available later on the 30th but it is possible this could stretch to the morning of the 1st. During this time, all facilities will be unable to take card or telephone payments, cash can still be accepted but this would have to be logged on the Capita system when available.
